Automotive Customer Experience Field Consultant

As a Customer Experience Field Consultant you will support the National Sales Company and Dealers Network in following AfterSales processes, improving customer experience. You will identify and propose appropriate solutions to critical issues at Dealers Network in line with the standards of the National Sales Company.
**What will you be doing on a daily basis?**
- Coach, support and examine the National Sales Company’s network to improve customer experience and increase customer satisfaction;
- Highlight process gaps and develop a corrective action plan for realignment to the National Sales Company’s processes in order to increase profitability;
- Collect and critically analyse Dealership’s data on the performance indicators and actual offers to the end Customer;
- Standardize the activity and modus operandi of personnel working in the AfterSales area, implementing aftersales processes;
- Interface in an appropriate and professional manner with all figures operating in the dealership both managerial and operational in order to share every action, process and decision implemented.
**Who are you?**
- Aprrox. 3 to 5 years of Automotive experience is required;
- Knowledge of Automotive aftersales dynamics at the dealership;
- Customer oriented approach;
- Fluency in Italian is a must and English knowledge is appreciated ;
- Ability to work independently and in team;
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving attitude;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
- Bachelor'sDegree (Economics/Engineering) is considered a plus.
**Working pattern**
Field activites throughout Italy;
40 hours per week.
