On behalf of our esteemed Customer, we are recruiting the following profile:
**VISUAL MERCHANDISING DIRECTOR EMEA / FASHION BRAND / TICINO**

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Managing Visual Merchandising managers team
- knowing the buying and merchandising systems and declining layout projects based on the business analysis
- Managing KPI and proposing action plans
- Guiding managers on implementing company initiatives and policies
- Maintaining relationships with clients, partners and other stakeholders
- Evaluating company processes and procedures to solve issues within them
- Previous experience in the same role
- Experiences in fashion field with EMEA expertise
- Fluent English mandatory (Italian would be a plus)
- Experience in KPI, sales analyses and reports
- Excellent standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Exceptional leadership skills to effectively lead managers
