Our Client is a mid-size multinational company, one of the world's leading manufacturers of their specific components for the automotive, electrical engineering and medical technology sectors.**Role**:
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and guide the teams to develop and maintain industrial processes;
- Define and implement maintenance procedures;
- Define and implement maintenance Kpis to improve the operational availability;
- Develop and optimize optimise Industrial Processes, from Conception to Realisation, Validation & Acceptance;
- Develop and implement the technology road map of her/his area of responsibility;
- Ensure smooth project Launch providing all standardised & local documents;
- Actively proposes improvement of machines/equipment and manufacturing-related processes;
- Monitor, Review & Report KPI´s to Local Leaders & Global functional Leaders;
- Develop process documents (work instruction) in line with the globally defined standard;
- Manages all the manufacturing data systems relevant for their project processes, original set up, revisions, and engineering changes, for example, SAP Routings;
- Actively collaborate on OPEX implementation (5S, SMED, TPM, VISUAL MANAGEMENT);
- Creates internal feasibility studies and cost calculations and report capacity utilization and status;
- Take part in Customer Audits, Safety reviews, and certification.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Engineering;
- Experience in the automotive sector is a must and mass production is preferred;
- Strong process engineering and maintenance management experience;
- Strong leadership skills and accustomed to driving change;
- Integrative personality with ability to develop individuals and create strong team across all levels with positive spirit;
- Results oriented, used to plan and lead the department based on operational KPIs;
- High knowledge of lean management tools à 5S/Teamwork + Visual management + PDCA + TPM + SMED + OEE + Value walks.
