**Your mission**:

- Drive sales and promotion of earthmoving equipment to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers for sales, marketing, and service support
- Work with the technical team to provide training to dealers and customers
- Maintain direct contact with key customers and major rental companies
- Report on market trends, channel development, sales, and customer feedback

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in the construction equipment and earthmoving industry
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Strong communication, coordination, market insight, and analytical skills
- Willing to travel throughout Italy and occasionally abroad
