- We are recruiting for a Head Sommelier position to join the team at Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco for the 2026 season. As Head Sommelier, you will create and update the wine list in coordination with chefs and the Restaurant Operations Manager, recommend food and wine pairings, advise guests on wines based on their personal tastes and food choices.

- Ensuring positive communication between associates and managers to ensure keeping the morale high.
Job Requirements**
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 1 years in similar position.
- Knowledge of LQA/Forbes standards.
- Strong written and spoken Italian and English.
- AIS Certificate, Wset Certificate is a plus.
- High level of attention to detail and refined manners with exceptional communication skills.
- Model the company’s culture, vision, mission and core values at all times.
- Identify departmental needs and actively participate on fulfilling any internal training need that arise
