As our **Sales Manager**, you'll drive the growth of our intralogistics automation business across EMEA, leveraging your well-established network of clients and consultants. You'll be the primary contact for key clients and spearhead the acquisition of new automation and intralogistics projects, directly contributing to our company's success.

**Tasks**:
- Drive sales growth in the region by proactively acquiring new customers and
- Developing strong relationships in the intralogistics automation market with customers, consultants and institutions.
- Analyze customer needs and create the right intralogistics automation solutions tailored to the customer needs
- Consult the customers with the optimal solution based on factors such as throughput, space, and budget.
- Lead the full project sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature, employing an added-value approach to build customer trust and secure project wins.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, project management, service) and external partners to ensure optimal solution delivery and seamless project execution.
- Regularly report on sales activities and pipeline, and actively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure achievement of order intake targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, monitor customer satisfaction, and actively participate in relevant industry events to network and promote our solutions.

- Completed studies in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering (with a technical focus), or a comparable qualification (or technical training with business administration certification)
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or solution selling, preferably in the intralogistics automation industry.
- Strong network of contacts in the intralogistics automation market, including customers, consultants, and institutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and recommend optimal solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our solutions to customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
- Fluency in [relevant languages, e.g., English and German] is a plus.
