Accoglienza e gestione dell’ospite a 360°, per tutta la durata del soggiorno, soddisfacendone le richieste.Gestione di eventuali complaint. Gestione e monitoraggio dell’andamento delle attività del reparto, al fine di rispettare gli obiettivi stabiliti dal FOM.Lavoro di squadra al fine di garantire la migliore esperienza possibile all’ospite. Il guest relations avrà come figura di riferimento il Front Office Manager.Organizzerà e gestirà il proprio lavoro assicurando il rispetto dell’immagine della struttura in termini di efficienza e standard di qualità.
