**About the role**

Our new colleague will be focused on coordinating activities related to transactions and the portfolio of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).

The Transaction Manager will work in direct contact with all members of TMF Capital Markets, in cooperation with the Global Entity Management team, reporting directly to the Head of Business Unit.

**Key responsibilities**
- Proactively develops relationships with clients and securitizations’ counterparties and provide teams with customer feedback on services improvements;
- Supervises the work of the various teams (accounting, tax compliance, CoSec and, if required, also Payroll and Regulatory, stated by specific agreements), making sure that the work is compliant with related mandates;
- Advises arrangers and clients in the starting-up phase of a new structured finance transaction, including legal review of the transaction’s documents;
- During the lifetime of the transaction, coordinates external counterparties (Arrangers, Originators, Agent Banks, Representative of the Noteholders, Servicers, Auditors, etc ) involved in the transactions;
- Problem-solving on internal and/or external issues with the various counterparties of the transaction;
- Manage the overall proposal process, monitor the ongoing status of assigned tasks, and facilitates calls to discuss progress or issues if any;
- Keeps day-to-day client relationships and ensures they are effectively managed within the team, acting as a point of escalation for service delivery issues;
- Overviews and manage all the fulfilments (for instance revolving purchases, renewal of liquidity facilities, KYC updates by counterparts, etc ) provided in the transactions;
- Supports the Head of the Business Unit to build, embed, and manage a robust compliance and governance system, processes, and controls, in accordance with relevant regulation and best practice;
- Recognizes the strategic importance of revenue, profitability, and the client relationship, effectively applies this understanding to daily tasks ensuring that members of the team are aware of this depending on their level, responsibilities, and tasks;
- Takes care of the billing process, assuring invoices are in compliance with the agreements and identifying out-of-scope work.
- Opportunity to be trained to act as an independent director in the special-purpose vehicles, through which the transactions are executed.

**About you**

Ideally, you meet the following criteria:

- Fluent knowledge of English (C1/C2);
- Degree in Economics or Finance, or a comparable level achieved through exposure and experience;
- At least 5 years’ experience in outsourcing firms, investment banks, international law firms specialized in structure finance or banks/financial institutions focused in loan/master/special servicing activities;
