We are looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Success Manager in Bolzano, Province of Bolzano - South Tyrol to work with our current team of worldwide CSM allstars We are growing fast, have big goals, and would love you to help us get there. **About the Hectre Customer Success Manager Role**: From onboarding to training to upsell and retention, you will "own" the entire customer experience after each deal is signed. This is not a sales role, but you know how CS and Sales should work together. **About you**: You are a problem-solver that is self-motivated to manage a customer caseload and work as a part of a team. You are truly passionate about the customer An unhappy customer is the worst thing you could imagine. You possess impeccable customer service and account management skills. Our customers are our first priority, so effective communication and customer account management skills are a must You love to travel. Depending on the needs of our customers, this position will require a lot of in-person customer training and implementation help along the way. **What you will be doing as a Hectre Customer Success Manager**: - Managing Renewal Accounts and working with growers, farms, and pack houses currently using our products - Execute the Customer Success strategy, focusing on high touch points and relationship building with growers, farms, and pack houses - Visiting and working in-person with our Hectre customers - Achieving individual and team metrics and KPIs designed to utilize a data based approach within the Customer Success Team - Assisting in improving processes around account setup, implementation, training, and ongoing account review and modification to minimize churn and support account expansion - Planning account expansion initiatives and targeted campaigns for accounts with lower usage - Conducting frequent reviews (in-person and via phone) with accounts and our team to determine customer satisfaction and utilization levels - Assisting our Sales Team in identifying Upsell potential with existing Renewal customers - Fluent in German, Italian, and English - 2+ years of experience in Customer Success in SaaS or similar product - Previous experience working with renewals - Previous experience working in Hubspot (CRM) is a HUGE plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - An ability to learn new software/systems quickly - Excitement to learn about the products we deliver, the agriculture industry, and technology - Strong work ethic, resourcefulness, self-motivation and ingenuity to achieve results in a high-growth startup environment - Experience in agriculture, AgTech/AI, startups, or SaaS software is a plus but not required **Our Perks - More than just a job**: - Have an impact.
