Main responsibilities:

- Point of contact between Core Program Training Team, Trainers and Local Change Management Lead
- Deployment of learning methods, assets and curriculums locally

Training detailed planning, administration and alignment with involved partie

What we offer:

- Coordinate End User training deployment (e.g. session planning) in collaboration with BT core training team and local Key Users / Trainers
- Measure local end User engagement and readiness
- Coordinate use and/or translation of global learning assets/materials and development local learning assets/materials as needed
- Deploy global and local curriculums against assigned Roles as per result of training needs analysis
- Assign curriculums to individuals
- Being the SPOC for local stakeholders for all matters related to training
