**Your ‘day to day’**:
The Systems S&G Analyst will contribute to developing and implementing data governance policies, ensuring data integrity, and promoting best practices for data management across the organization.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support and actively contribute data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, completion and security;
- Conduct data quality assessments and analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations;
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of data governance initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes;
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure successful project execution.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing data governance initiatives;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proven data focused mindset and analytical thinking;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;
- Proficiency in data governance tools and methodologies;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
- Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics;
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, and will be tested throughout the interview process.
