**Position Overview**:

- You will be responsible for protecting, growing and enhancing our ‘brands’ and reputation to a targeted global audience of ‘people who make the world turn’.
- Reporting to the General Manager, Our Director of F&B is part of the Executive team.
- They oversee the Restaurant Managers and our new Executive Chef, as well as a team of nearly 90 people, ensuring that everyone understands our Culture so that our guests can have the best possible experience.
- The Director of F&B is responsible for managing and supervising our Outlets:

- La Terrazza “Our superb fine dining experience with equally spectacular views. Here every flavour sets the scene for exceptional plates with unexpected stories behind them.”
- La Libreria, “An elegant sitting room offering time to read, chat, meet, think or just be. Whether it’s for a coffee morning or that last shot of grappa from the secret bar, La Libreria is one of Rome’s hidden treasure.”
- Il Giardino Bar “Some of the best nights in Rome may be spent here. Enjoy finely crafted cocktails, lively company, a cool vibe and spectacular views that place you at the heart of the cityscape. Here we capture the soul of the city, every evening.”
- Il Giardino Ristorante “serves Italian classic Italian food with our own innovative twist, alongside incredible views from this rooftop destination restaurant.”
- The Director of F&B is also responsible for banquets, as well as developing the F&B budget and forecasts. They work closely with the Sales & Marketing department to define strategies for the short, medium, and long term. Simultaneously, they focus on the human aspect of both colleagues and guests to create a memorable experience for everyone.
- Occasionally, our guests have special requests and occasions to celebrate. The Director of F&B ensures that these requests are fulfilled by mobilizing all available resources.
