**_SCOPO PRIMARIO E OBIETTIVO GENERALE DEL RUOLO:_**

Supportare l’ufficio Risorse Umane della filiale italiana del gruppo nella gestione della varie attività relative alle aree Learning&Development, Recruitment, Comunicazione e Amministrazione del Personale.

**_PRINCIPALI INCARICHI:_**
- Supportare il team HR nello svolgimento delle attività quotidiane correlate alla gestione delle risorse umane
- Supportare il team HR nello sviluppo e mantenimento del sito intranet riguardante le informazioni e le comunicazioni HR
- Supportare il team HR nelle attività di employer branding e di scouting di talenti e quindi, nelle varie attività di recruitment

Formazione-Esperienze:_**

Laurea in materie umanistiche o affini

Master in Risorse Umane è un plus

Ottime Capacità Organizzative e di Time Management

Project Management Skills

Resistenza allo stress

Ottime doti di relazioni interpersonali

Orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi
