ZOLL products are used every day across the globe to save the lives of people who suffer sudden cardiac arrest. **French and English language skills are required for this role.** **Job Summary**: Based in Pianceza, the Service Admin associate is responsible for tier 1 customers support and ZOLL Sales Team support **Essential Functions**: Provide tier 1 administrative and technical support functions including, but not limited to: - E-mail and phone customer technical support for ZOLL products - Entry of customer reported complaint details into claim tracking system - Follow up to inquiries, and ensures satisfactory customer experience - Order entry/order processing - Invoice creation/invoice processing - Repair and contract quotation - Collection and handling of service reports - Schedule for service activities with Third-party service suppliers - Spare parts/inventory support - KPI report to Service Manager **Qualifications & Experience**: - Previous experience in tech service administration or equivalent roles (> 1 year) - Willingness to learn and open-mindedness - Attention to detail and well organized - Ability to work in a team and reliability - MS Office suite knowledge and experiene with an ERP system (Oracle or similar)
