The System Quality Specialist is responsible for the deployment and continuous improvement of the Italian Quality Management System (QMS):
- Support the ongoing management of Quality Management System related, but not limited to, the following processes: Research and Development, Manufacturing, Servicing and Customer management;
- Lead and execute internal audit program in an international organization;
- Contribute to the development, maintenance and improvements of policies and procedures (Quality Documents);
- Participate to Corporate projects and improvement activities;
- Build collaborative relationships with System Quality teams of other companies of the group;
- Be prepared to undertake additional tasks, as requested, to meets operational or business requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required ( Economic, Management Engineering); a master’s degree is preferred.- Languages: Italian, English fluent- Experience: 1-3 years of related experience is required**Other informations**:

- Minimum skills and expertise:
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Advanced knowledge of ISO9001 and 19011 standards.
- Advanced Decision-Making, Problem-Solving Skills.
- Enthusiastic, positive, self-motivated, responsible, cooperative, good team player.
- Preferred expertise:
- SA8000 standard.
- Sustainability reporting.
- ISO14001 standard.
- ISO45001 standard.
