La figura di Network Systems Consultant sarà inseritoa all'interno dell'organizzazione dei Consulting Services e sarà dedicata alle progettualità Cisco presso un cliente con le seguenti caratteristiche:
**Working at NTT**

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Supporto in fase prevendita al System Engineer/Account per HLD e BoM per progetti complessi
- Partecipazione alla fase di Design della reste Cisco del cliente: o definizione design con supporto backend cisco (=BU e canali interni) o documentazione in carico: raccolta requisiti, LLD, procedure di migrazione, comandi specifici
- Partecipazione alla fase di Delivery di quanto preparato in fase di design: o supporto al partner in fase di implementazione o riunioni settimanali con il cliente e il partner per illustrare scelte di design o risk analysis (software bug scrub approfondito)
- Partecipazione ad alcune attività di supporto operations) o collaborazione con TAC e HTOM, escalation a TAC manager o supporto P1-P2 (SDWAN, campus, DC)
- Change impattanti, progetti breve-medio termine (entro 12 mesi)

- SDWAN
- IOS XE (Catalyst..)
- IOS XR (ASR9k, NCS..)
- ACI/Nexus
- Routing&switching (BGP, OSPF, VxLAN...)
- Lingua inglese
- soft skill per una efficace comunicazione verso tutti i vari stakeholder lato cliente (e.g. PM, service manager, account manager)

**Certificazioni**:

- CCNP Enterprise (must have)
- Concentration exam specifici su SDWAN, ACI (Nice to Have)

**Other**
- Anni di esperienza: 5-10 su clienti complessi (per infrastruttura e numero team coinvolti nelle attività)
- Prevista modello ibrido di presenza (smart working con alcuni giorni al mese onsite presso il cliente)
