WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
As Functional Safety & Regulation Manager, you will be responsible to:

- Define the road map for the functional safety development for Small and Medium tractors;
- Follow the correct development of the functional safety;
- Be the reference for Master Product Safety Checklist for all S&M Chief Engineers who are responsible for the execution; deliver training on MPSC to Chief Engineers ;
- Be the reference for the harmonized implementation of the technical solutions in response to new regulatory requirements;
- Define FMEA plans with the Chief Engineers; support the implementation and action closure co-ordinating a team of facilitators;
- Support the growth of the CNHi Safety Culture within the Product Engineering Team

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Harmonization of the FuSa targets among tractor projects;
- Support the Steering committee preparation and execution;
- Participate at the Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessments;
- Be the reference point for all the Safety and Compliance matters within Product Engineering;
- Follow the correct status of the implementation of the Functional Safety development vs GPD milestones;
- Make sure the Correct Safety and Compliance Processes are followed;
- Make sure all the FMEA are done as per the CNH standards and the Actions are closed according to the Project timing.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Master Electronic or Computer Engineering Degree
- Basic Knowledge or experience in functional safety
- Knows functional safety standard like for example ISO 25119, ISO 13849, IEC 61508, ISO 26262, EN 50128, EN 50129.
- 5+ yrs experience on FMEA.
- Very good communication skills, written and spoken
- Fluent English
- Experience as Engineering Project Manager or Program Manager
- Motivation, team working, leadership, ability to make things simple, Conflict resolution, Proactive approach
- Able to work per objectives, keeping status of project under constant control, under mínimal
