COMPANY PROFILE: WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - The Product System engineer in S&M Tractor Integration will: - Be the engineering interface for System/SW/Component integration on specific Platform Product Line (GPP) projects, working with all stakeholders (Innovation, VCE, AMS, FPT, DL, Quality, Digital,.) - Take care about budgeting, planning and program coordination, granting the correct resources allocation of VCE S&M resources, for the assigned range of vehicles to meet the timing, cost and quality target. - support the current product management (CPM) to grant any electronic content into the platform range over the time. - support the current product improvements (Quality, CPI) to grant the electronic improvement and quality into the platform range over the time. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - For each assigned vehicle, create macro-plan for all the electronics activities (system, SW, component, integration, FuSa, etc.). Create and maintain the work force plan in order to give visibility on the VCE required resources over time, and provide feedback on the related costs. - Perform budget definition to GPP, and monitor the costs managing, in line with GPP and forecasts’ target - Monitor the evolution of the projects, periodically reporting their status, highlighting issues in advance in order to have the possibility to react on time - Support and monitor the Vehicle requirement documents definition, verifying the adherence to the concept requirements and assuring the customer needs fulfillment - Lead the concept definition & review phase of the assigned projects, collecting the VCE engineering inputs, assuring the related confirmations with relevant stakeholders - Monitor the products’ validation phase and guarantee the highest level of quality of the final product - Create CR (Change requests) and be able to handle the change management & lead CRB process - Coordinate the ECO releases in order to guarantee BOM (Bill Of Material) update on time of the main GPP milestone - Where necessary, in collaboration with VCE group, define new processes and standards to improve the current processes and product quality - Support the impact analysis on items related to ECE R13 or other type of homologation requirement in order to ensure the final product satisfy legislation needs - Work in an efficiently way to create/maintain Polarion/CTS/PCM tools for issues traceability and work orders creation - Support Operator & service manual definition - Support EoL (End of Line) configuration and troubleshooting - Travels, as necessary (
