COMPANY PROFILE:
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The main role of the Project Manager is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the multifunctional Driveline platform team and to ensure the team always meets business commitments.
He/She has to assist the Driveline Program Manager in planning activities to ensure the release of drivelines and axles in given budget and timing.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Elaborate high-level information into detailed plans throughout the project life cycle and define the plan of activity for each project as prescribed by the GPD process;
- Guide the project meetings in order to organize and follow up the priority of the activities;
- Pull information together for status updates, milestone reviews, readiness reviews, interfacing with the platform team members and with vehicle platforms;
- Monitor the progress of the activities securing the delivery of the expected results according to the original plan (Investment, BOM, new part release status, spec’s, FMEA plan, test plans, sourcing plan, Manufacturing Process Plan, PPAP Plan);
- Quickly communicate deviations from plan to Program Manager and team.
- Organize specific meeting with respective specialists, in order to drive the Critical Topics and elaborate recovery/contingency plan;
- Support the preparation of the Business cases, in order to select the best technical option for projects;
- Manage the preparation of the annual budget submissions, forecast updates and budget master files
- Track R&D and Capex budget for the programs.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Required:
- Experience in some of the following area: product development or project management;
- Knowledge of Product Development process (project management) and basic knowledge of Engineering, Manufacturing and/or Purchasing processes;
- Strong Knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Good communication and people relationship skills;
- Independent thinking and pro-activeness. Must be able to handle several projects at the same time;
- Degree in engineering or business oriented preferred;
- Preferred:
- Business Travel up to 5% required;
- Fluent level of English language capability;
- Basic knowledge of the agricultural and construction equipment products preferred.
- Be at ease with general software tools (Collaboration, Mail, Browsers,)
- Proactive and self motivated;
- Able to work cross-functional with all Platforms Stakeholders and in a multicultural environment;
- Analytical and problem solving individual, results oriented;
- Able to work under pressure, by compelling deadlines.
