As Business Solutions Architect (specialization ServiceNow), you will provide expert advice and support in the ServiceNow presales, design & implementation processes and full solution architecture. You will be part of a multidisciplinary group with backend developers, frontend developers, mobile developers and systems engineers to deliver projects with cutting-edge technologies.
You will work under the direct supervision and guidance of the Practice Lead Enterprise Service Management within the Digital Business Solutions Section (CPD) and in close collaboration with different teams according to the assigned ServiceNow projects and initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assess customer requirements, scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, build, configuration, unit testing, as well as driving the production deployment
- Provide support in the planning, designing and upgrading of Service Now deployment projects
- Conduct reviews and make recommendations for integrations, developments and enhancements
- Advocate ServiceNow vision, including internal and external platforms, tools, and systems
- Make recommendations for leveraging ServiceNow deployments and reducing operational efforts and costs
- Interact with project leads and technical stakeholders in building and deploying ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, CSM, HR, custom apps)
What we are looking for:
- +5 years of relevant experience in the provision of IT services, with hands-on services management and project management experience, preferably in an international setting
- Proven analytical and systematic problem solving ability in building an end to end and consistent solution architecture
- Experience in implementing projects using latest ServiceNow technologies
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow ecosystem and integrations
- Excellent knowledge of best practices around SIM Methodology
- Good knowledge of other ITSM systems
- English is required
