Board Italia is currently looking for a self-starter, results-driven **Partner Success Director** to join our team as part of our continued expansion across the Country. Founded in 1994, Board International has built the most agile, flexible, scalable and comprehensive Decision-Making platform over the last 28 years. This well-established, global company is headquartered in Chiasso and Boston, with over 25 offices located throughout the world.

Reporting to the Professional Services Director, you will work in collaboration with the regional field team for the successful planning and implementation of Board’s alliances and channel enablement activities.

The overall goal for this role is to cultivate commitment, loyalty and pride within Board’s Partner community.
**Core responsibilities**:

- Support Board’s partner ecosystem by developing, coordinating and implementing the infrastructure that most successfully supports Board’s Partner Enablement Framework
- Develop on-site training events, online learning and ad-hoc curriculum to increase the efficiency and knowledge of Board’s Sales, Pre-Sales and Professional Services teams in Italy
- Become familiar with Board’s various functions and align the Partner Enablement Program to provide successful cohesion with relevant departments
- Support Board’s Partners as the trusted advisor and solution assurance in projects, particularly during the design phase of the solution implementation
- Work closely with Board’s VP of Channel and Partners to determine when to escalate specific challenges that may arise
- In addition to managing relationships with partners, cultivate and develop relationships across the entire internal community at Board (sales, marketing, professional services, technical support and Board product teams)

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated track record of successfully executing in depth Training and Enablement programs for Partners
- In-depth understanding of industry trends around EPM, Saas, Cloud-based solutions and Services in general
- Proven ability to coordinate projects and programs across multiple teams to ensure efficient Partner Enablement planning and execution
- Expertise in articulating and evangelizing the vision and direction of Partner Enablement
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to develop trustful business relationships with all cross-functional areas within Board
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
