Caratterizzato da ricavi dell’ordine di diverse decine di billion, centinaia di migliaia di dipendenti e decine di migliaia di punti vendita, nel corso degli anni ha contribuito a definire e guidare le dinamiche del settore, attraverso un forte focus sui processi e un approccio al mercato consumer decisamente pioneristico. In Italia, così come a livello globale, presenta un posizionamento da market leader, con numeriche che riprendono su scala nazionale i principali dati economici brevemente introdotti. **Il tuo nuovo ruolo** Nell’ottica del potenziamento del dipartimento IT, composto da circa una dozzina di unità, siamo alla ricerca di un Service Delivery Specialist, a diretto riporto del Service Manager. La risorsa si interfaccerà quotidianamente con colleghi di area, del dipartimento Tech e degli altri dipartimenti aziendali, confrontandosi inoltre con i fornitori locali e internazionali. Nello specifico, prevediamo un ruolo molto dinamico, con interazioni quotidiane con il team Global nel day-by-day e all’interno di un contesto tecnologico maturo, ma sempre volto ad innovazioni incrementali, dove l’aspetto di project management risulta particolarmente rilevante. **Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo** Ricerchiamo profili con un’esperienza di almeno 4 anni in contesti retail/FMCG, unitamente ad un buon inglese (almeno B2, per i contatti con colleghi anglofoni). **Cosa avrai in cambio** Sede di lavoro: Milano sud, con SW pari al 20% del tempo. **Cosa devi fare ora** Se sei interessato a questa opportunità, clicca su "Candidarsi ora" per inviare una copia aggiornate del tuo CV.
