Join Our Team as an Associate Account Manager in the Data and Analytics Business of LSEG
About the Role:
As an Associate Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing deep customer relationships within the Data and Analytics business of LSEG.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spend the majority of your time engaging with customers on sales and post-sales activities.- Liaise directly with customers to understand their needs and support them with new releases and enhancements.- Troubleshoot queries related to data and customer behavior.- Learn and gain an understanding of LSEG propositions to initiate conversations and generate interest.- Update CRM daily with sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline information.- Focus on maintaining overall customer engagement and expanding managed net revenue.- Support on commercial activities within accounts.- Work with internal and external stakeholders and maintain networks to support deal closures.
What We Are Looking For:
- A keen interest in the financial services industry.- Enjoy relationship-building skills.- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.- Organised, and likes working in a fast paced environment- Customer Centric Focus- A university/college degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
