We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure high cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas
- Coordinate and support the housekeeping team to maintain Marriott brand standards
- Act as a liaison between the Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet quality and safety requirements
- Manage inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities
- Assist with training and onboarding of new housekeeping staff
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or concerns
**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
- Good command of English (German and/or Italian is a plus)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
