**This role in summary**:
Working with the supply chain team and specifically with the order management team, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the KPIs, as well as managing the reporting and sharing processes of the same with management.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Monitor KPIs through reporting management
- Implement new KPIs for improving the service level
- Check as is status and improve new process for CLM process
- Monitoring the reverse logistic flow
- Support management in the definition and implementation of initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of processes (analysis of systems, processes)

**Minimum requirements**:
Are you:

- a Master's degree student in Economics, Management Engineering?
- fluent both in Italian and in English?
- proficient user of the Microsoft office, in particular of Google Sheet?
- a good communicator, with excellent organizational skills?
