Working as a **Commercial Operations** Intern at Signify is dynamic. We’re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities.

We’re looking for a **Commercial Operations Intern** who’ll be responsible for managing activities related to master data with customers, communication with customers and several departments including sales, finance, transport, warehouse across countries.

You’ll be part of the Signify Italy Commercial Operations Team, and its responsibilities are connected with providing top notch support to external and internal customers, so strong customer orientation, patience and feeling comfortable with changes and challenges must be in your DNA.

**What you’ll do**
- Accept and validate Sales orders by checking references and validating relevant info
- Check product availability of order and prepare delivery proposal. Select proposed alternatives and update order status.
- Support the team to process delivery of orders
- Managing specials, combined shipment, missing or dead on arrival.
- Resolve any customer queries to ensure that customer orders are shipped on time
- Monthly reporting of order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels.
- Proactive problem-solving skills to identify root cause issues and create real problem-solving solutions.

**What you’ll need**
- Open minded, curious and innovative Mindset and an Alignment with our company values and aims
- Bachelor degree in operations or Associate degree in operations / Technology
- Analytical approach
- Strong Customer Orientation
- Speed & proactive mindset (Root cause analysis skills)
- Hard ability to communicate with impact, communications skills (oral and written)
- Knowledge of Systems like SAP, other ERP, are a plus
- High level of MS Excel and PowerPoint is also valued
- Fluent English speakers
