** British American Trieste has an exciting opportunity for a Pharma Admin Intern in Trieste Factory**

As a Pharma Admin Intern, you’ll join our pharmaceutical production team, gaining hands-on experience and training in Good Manufacturing Practices. You’ll support daily operations across Production, Maintenance, Legal, and Supply, while learning about inventory and supplier management, and contributing to continuous improvement projects.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Support the monitoring and management of consumables and spare parts inventory.
- Assist in the identification and registration of new suppliers and request and collect quotations from current suppliers.
- Support the creation and follow-up of Purchase Orders (POs) and framework agreements.
- Interact actively with the Production and Maintenance departments to ensure process efficiency and operational continuity.
- Contribute to process documentation and improvement projects.

**What are we looking for?**

- Bachelors degree - graduated of final year
- Previous experience with basic knowledge of production processes and/or inventory management is considered an advantage
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Advanced level of English and Italian.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, confidentiality, and a strong team-oriented attitude.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, strong organizational skills and problem-solving approach.
