Collection Specialist
Passionate for Fashion and Fast Paced environment, our MK Ambassadors represent

People
Communicate openly and work together to maintain a harmonious and
productive work environment
Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced
environment
Be a charismatic leader, always willing to help and inspire others utilizing
strong knowledge within the fashion industry
Service
Lead the development of new local and international clients, converting walk-in
traffic by creating energy, excitement and desire around the product and brand
Provide a luxurious experience using all company tools to maximize business.
Monitor all sale details: shipping, alterations, hotel delivery and special
requests to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience hosting Trunk Shows and leading in-store events
Inspire customers by continually developing knowledge of current trends and
styling techniques, offering relevant after sales care, including the appropriate
information regarding events and new collections
Focus on Clienteling, through innovative thinking, virtual shopping and styling
sessions helping to maximize results and building in store client book
Sales
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the Store Manager and company
Provide feedback to management team on merchandise trends, missed
opportunities and issues related to fit and quality
Collaborate with management to create innovative ways to maximize personal
results
Maintain visual merchandising according to brand guidelines/ floor-set
Utilize extensive product knowledge to inspire and impress the client
**Requirements**:
Extensive experience in luxury space (five years or more)
Connected individual (Lifestyles, Cities, City Culture, etc.)
Strong network of potential clients
Excellent understanding of materials, têxtiles, and alterations
Charismatic leader, proactive, curious and ability to work under pressure
Local language and English is required, other languages are a plus
Up to date on each season’s collections and trends
