The resource within Marketing & Innovation Department, will ensure the successful management of the product portfolio, according to the company's strategies in terms of positioning and presidium of markets and channels

**Main activities**:

- Promotes and supports new products development
- Analyze market trends and assess the impact on the Company's business
- Tracks the sales performance of the product portfolio, analyzing related life cycle
- Monitoring of industry trends and competitor activities in order to identify opportunities for new products or services
- Supports and facilitates sales processes by assisting Sales in new businee/product development and promotion activities
