Product, innovation, food, marketing, GDO **La tua nuova azienda** Il nostro cliente è un’importante azienda del settore alimentare che si rivolge al mercato nazionale ed internazionale, in forte crescita e continuo orientamento all’innovazione di prodotto. Per il potenziamento della struttura marketing siamo alla ricerca di un Product and Innovation Manager. **Il tuo nuovo ruolo** Guiderà la strategia di innovazione in Italia, identificando le opportunità di mercato, individuando e sviluppando nuovi prodotti o varianti di prodotti esistenti da lanciare sul mercato. Inoltre, si interfaccerà con R&D e produzione per la messa a terra dei piani di innovazione. Sarà anche responsabile dello sviluppo, dell’implementazione e dell’innovazione del prodotto del packaging e delle ricette. Infine, si occuperà dello sviluppo delle attività di marketing digitale dell’azienda, incluso i social media, le campagne pubblicitarie digitali, i motori di ricerca (SEO) e l’analisi delle metriche di marketing. **Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo** È importante che sappia lavorare in modo indipendente ed anche in team.
