**JOB PURPOSE**

Reporting to the Senior Financial Controller and to Head of Finance, you will be working with an international group and will handle supplier invoice posting and VAT returns, produce invoices and collect receivables in a timely and accurate manner. Undertake purchase and sales ledger activities and oversee credit control. Overall activities will pertain our UK and US companies and you will handle also entirely the accounting for Minerva Business Administration Italy company.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Bookkeeping and financial administration
- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger
- Reconciliation of supplier and customer statements
- Processing of employee expenses
- Relationship with key suppliers, negotiation of deliverables and supply terms
- Raising invoices and purchase orders
- Processing of brand ambassadors’ invoices
- SAP implementation to strengthening our accounting processes

- Fluency in English is required
- Accounting
- Supplier invoice posting and reconciliations

- Experience within an international matrix organization company
- Experience with SAP or any advance accounting system
- Experience with a UK corporate company is a plus.
