Service Account Manager Southern Europe

**Your Mission**:
- Promote sales of “after sales” products by traveling in the assigned area and meeting with customers technical and procurement contacts.
- Serve as primary customer entry point for all after sales activities enquiry (spare parts, technical service, diagnostic visits, options& upgrades)
- Liaise with internal SIDEL structure to provide timely and effective answers to customers’ needs.
**Your Profile**:
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a Secondary School Technical Degree to join our team. **Fluency in Italian and English** is essential for effective communication in our diverse environment. The role requires a willingness to **travel approximately 50%** of the time, engaging with clients and teams globally. Strong **organizational skills** and the **ability to manage customer relationships** are crucial. We value a **collaborative team player** with a positive attitude towards **multicultural settings**and a **results-driven mindset**focused on achieving targets.
Will represent a plus:
- a Master/Bachelor degree in Engineering or Economics
- background in wet areas and complete bottling lines extended to one of the following aspects: Field Engineering (installation/commissioning activities), Site management, Technical Department, PM, O&U.
- French language
