Recruiting Specialist

Over 3000 employees play their part in helping us produce about 17 million items a year between hoods and electric motors. Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico, India and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.

**THE IMPACT**:
**MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Coordinate the activities aimed to the vacancies coverage for the Region (EMEA), carrying out recruiting processes.
- Use all typical tools of the recruiting process such as HR portals, ATS and Psychometric tests.
- Ensure the correct implementation of attraction strategy trough networking activities with recruiting societies, training societies, public institution and other HR entities interesting for the Company.
- Ensure the implementation of activities related to the talent acquisition aimed to attract talents.

**Requisiti**:

- At least Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Economics or similar;
- Master in human resource management will be considered a plus;
- At least 2 years in a similar role;
- Fluent in English; knowledge of second language will be considered a plus;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and database management;
- Familiarity with job boards, and HR software and management systems;
- Knowledge of online assessment instruments (aptitude tests and questionnaires for recruitment, selection and development);
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
