We have managed this because the Elica Group is now in a class of its own in the market thanks to its experience, attention to design, refinement in the use of materials and its interest in state-of-the-art technologies that guarantee maximum efficiency and energy savings. The Company has been active since the 1970s under the chairmanship of Francesco Casoli. Over 3000 employees play their part in helping us produce about 17 million items a year between hoods and electric motors. Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.

**Posizione**:
We are currently in the process of recruiting a** Recruiting Specialist.**

**THE IMPACT**:
The Recruiting Specialist will play a key role in supporting the talent acquisition process an initiatives aligned with the company’s strategy and the needs of all departments.

**MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Support the activities aimed to the vacancies coverage for the Region (EMEA), carrying out recruiting processes.
- Use all typical tools of the recruiting process such as HR portals, ATS and Psychometric tests.
- Ensure the correct implementation of attraction strategy trough networking activities with recruiting societies, training societies, public institution and other HR entities interesting for the Company.
- Ensure the implementation of activities related to the talent acquisition aimed to attract talents.

**Requisiti**:

- Master’s degree in Work Psychology or Business. Master in Human Resources Management will be considered a plus;
- Professional working proficiency in both Italian and English are a must-have;
- Previous experience (ideally 1-2 years) in Recruiting will be considered a plus;
- Familiarity with ATS will be considered a plus;
- Precision, excellent communication and interpersonal skills will complete the profile.
