Scopri di seguito tutte le nostre offerte di lavoro e unisciti a noi Job Description** Primary function**: - The primary role of the Machining Process engineering consists in process design with CNC machines, cycle evaluation and tools definition. - He/She defines the Machining technical specifications to manage the industrialization of mechanical groups (Engines, Transmissions, Axles) including CNC machines specification, cutting tools sequence,and special equipment definition ( leak test, cup assembly) consistently with the assigned project targets in term of quality, time, cost, investment. - He/She provides the evaluation of technical feasibility on machining process and investment for new product initiatives, supporting NPL requirements. - He/She supports plants to define and implement project for improvement of current machining process in term of quality, productivity, cost **Essential responsibilities **(Describe the top key job responsibilities and expected end results): Reporting to the Competence Leader of Machining process engineering team: - He/She provides process technical studies, including machining sequence, tools and equipment definition included gauges with investment evaluation. - He/She defines and standardizes the "best practices" in order to optimize the machining key processes. - He/She defines the supply specifications and prepares technical comparison between suppliers - He/She approves working cycles, the FMEA and Control Plan.. - He/She defines the detailed process development plan (Level 4), in accordance with the project timing **Qualifications**: - Bachelor Degree in mechanical or related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Language skills: English (written and spoken) - Experience (min 3 years) in metalcutting process and CNC machines cycle and implementation - Experience in Cad systems, 3D drawing and reading and drawing up mechanical drawings - Expertise in metalcutting production cycle and metalcutting and CNC process design. - Investments estimation for CNC machines and special purpose machines (leak test, automatic screwing station, pressing station, automation handling systems & conveyors, etc.) - Effective communication and project presentation capacity, time management ability and problem solving technics knowledge - Ability to work in team with accountability and leadership Additional Information Short travels in Italy and Foreign Countries, including China, Latam (< 30% time)
