About the job

In this role, you will be:

- Familiarizing with main HR processes and building the foundation for being an HR professional
- Supporting the Head of HR on ad hoc projects (either in Italy or Iberica) aiming to offer a quality Lifecycle experience to the employees and ultimately raise Swarovski to a top Employer level.
- Supporting the HR team members Italy&Iberica to carry out the daily activities related to hire, training, payroll & administrative processes.
- Effectively cooperate with the HR hub team (located in Poland and in charge of delivering specific HR services remotely to the different countries).

You will:

- Support the Head of HR and HR team in delivering the backbone corporate processes.
- Support the HR Managers with administrative activities: check HR documents, archiving, support with HC planning.
- Support with internal communication: Support the HR Managers in different campaigns during the year and in drafting and monitoring communication coming from HR Dept.
- Support with reporting and data quality activities.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following background:

- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent - Specific major in HR is a preferred title
- 6 -12 months experience in related jobs/areas
- IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Communication skills, capability to interface with either managers and employees
- Capability to work in an international team
- Make it happen mindset
- Fluent English is a must, Spanish is a plus
