About the job

In this role, you will be:

- Supporting the Head of HR on ad hoc projects (either in Italy or Iberica) aiming to offer a quality Lifecycle experience to the employees and ultimately raise Swarovski to a top Employer level;
- Supporting the HR Managers Italy&Iberica to carry out the daily activities related to the Employee Lifecycle;
- Effectively cooperate with the HR hub team (located in Poland and in charge of delivering specific HR services remotely to the different countries)

You will:

- Act as a junior HR project Mgr, leading ad hoc projects covering different HR topics (e.g. welfare, Iberica labour contracts optimization, HC planning process review and fine tuning);
- Support the HR Mgrs with administrative activities: check HR documents, archiving, support with HC planning.
- Support with internal communication: Support the HR Managers in different campaigns during the year and in drafting and monitoring communication coming from HR Dept;

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following background:

- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent - Specific major in HR is a preferred title
- 1/2-year experience in related jobs/areas
- IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Communication skills, capability to interface with either Mgrs and employees
- Capability to work in an international team
- Make it happen mindset
- Fluent English is a must, Spanish is a plus
