Per sostituzione maternità all'interno dell'Area Business Operations, stiamo ricercando n.1 risorsa dinamica e motivata ad entrare nella nostra Organizzazione da inserire come: **JUNIOR CAREER COACH SPECIALIST** Sarai parte del Team Career Coaching & Placement e riporterai direttamente al Career Coaching & Placement Coordinator. Fornirai il tuo supporto alle seguenti attività: - Gestione del placement di Allievi attraverso colloqui di Career Coaching; - Cura delle relazioni con le Aziende per assicurare la continuità della partnership; - Partecipazione attiva al monitoraggio della Customer Satisfaction dei clienti. Sei la persona che stiamo cercando, se: - Sei un/una brillante Laureato/a in materie umanistiche/giuridiche/economiche; - Hai preferibilmente conseguito un Master post-lauream - Hai maturato esperienza, anche mínima, in contesti aziendali quali ApL, Società di Ricerca e Selezione, Società di Formazione o Business Schools in qualità di Recruiter o Addetto/a Politiche Attive o Consulente di Carriera; - Conosci bene la Suite Office; - Ti contraddistingue un Ascolto Attivo; - Sei una persona empatica, dotata di spiccate doti relazionali e capace di adeguare il registro linguistico e la comunicazione in base all'interlocutore; - Hai attitudine al Problem Solving, sei proattivo/a e dotato/a di capacità analitiche; Si offre: - Contratto di assunzione a Tempo Determinato di sostituzione maternità, CCNL Commercio, con future prospettive di inserimento a tempo indeterminato.
