**Contract type**: permanent **Salary** based on experience Workplace: 37010 Rivoli Veronese VR, Italia For the Italian branch of a US multinational company we are looking for a: **Organizational Development Specialist** **MISSION**:Is in charge of organizational development of our employees. Leads recruitment and hiring and is involved in Compensation Analisys and Budget. Plan, develop and implement training programs for company employees. Acts as liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization. **RESPONSABILITIES**: - Lead the Perfomance evaluation cycle, supporting managers and employees respecting deadlines and implementing all corporate guidelines through Success Factors; - Support the HR Manager in all main HR processes like Annual salary plan, Bonus calculations and facilitate the implementation of SF new modules locally; - Consult with management on performance, and other HR development program and organizational and leadership matters; - Conduct needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance; - Keep track of recruiting metrics; - Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques; - Recommend ways to improve our employer brand; - Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs; - Participate in job fairs and career events; - Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners; - Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company; - Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments; assess effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance; - Provide support on Talent identifications, succession plan and career path **Knowledge, Skills & Experience**: - At least 5 years of experience in the in HR in complex companies; - Min 3 years experience in recruiting; - Advanced HR tools skills; - Experience in Labour Relations (preferable); - English fluency required; - Good excel skills; - Team player; - Positive attitude **Location: Rivoli Veronese (VR)**: - up to 2 days smart working/weekly
