**Purpose**

Drive multichannel campaigns implementation, supporting EMEA product marketing teams and country marketing teams in collaboration with COEs involved (Marcom, Digital, Educare,), to contribute to develop best customer journeys and channel mix, leveraging all capabilities for optimized ROI and Customer experience. Execute the divisional multichannel strategy that will embed multichannel practices into all marketing activities. Working in collaboration with the EMEA Centre of Excellence, this role will help accelerate the development of multichannel and digital marketing capabilities within the division to enable outstanding 360° customer experiences. The ultimate purpose goal of this role is to drive market share, revenue and differentiation. Driving alignment with the leadership team to embed Multichannel strategy in the divisional strategy.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Leverage customer data & insight across sales & marketing, from digital & F2F touchpoints, thanks to new-capabilities (SC, MarketingCloud, CDP)
- Design and activate compelling integrated customer journeys across channels
- Contribute to prepare Annual Multichannel marketing plan
- Orchestrate Planning, Design and execution of multichannel campaigns
- Analyze & improve campaigns ROI
- Drive the full lead management process in their campaigns
- Ownership of budget on respective campaigns
- Provide inputs to the Strat Plan (Strategy plan for 3 years) and AOP (Annual Operating Planning) to build the short and long term Multichannel plans into the overall Divisional Strategy and GTM (Go To Market)
- Execute the Divisional MC strategy and work in collaboration with the EMEA Centre of Excellence to enable outstanding 360° customer experiences
- Define KPIs/metrics to track campaign progress (from capturing leads to campaign related sales generation)
- Co-develop, maintain, and drive the successful implementation of the divisional Multichannel Marketing roadmap
- Demand generation (Lead/Contact) to hand over marketing qualified leads to sales
- Align divisional stakeholders on the Multichannel vision and act as change management ambassador
- Complete Segmentation processes for specific NC franchises and assess the focus target segment with key action plans and content mapping
- Coordinate all the channels taking place in a Program or a campaign through various stakeholders (Social Media, Digital, IMC teams)
- Prioritize Digital and F2F Campaigns and programs based on country and franchise priorities
- Focus on CT and support TAVI and LAAC therapies as key prioritie
- Provide key customer insights through customer touch points into commercial activities & Marketing Strategy Implementation

**Knowledge & Experience**
- BS required, preferably in sciences, Biomedical Eng, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred
- Experience in integrated, multichannel campaign management
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Demonstrated ability to develop, execute and project manage fully-integrated, multichannel plans that align with organizational goals
- KOL engagement and experience preferred
- Channel and/or marketing association engagement, participation and leadership preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation development and delivery skills
- Advanced Analytics and KPIs assessment of Campaigns
- Leads Management experience from Generation to conversion
- Experience in a complex, cross-functional, global fast-paced commercial environment
- Knowledge in Digital Marketing and social Media
- Demonstrated success supporting and/or managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate with and influence key stakeholders without direct authority
- High level of English
