Writing Consultant

Position Summary:
This is a part-time position, 10 hours a week, 2 days a week, 9 months a year. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting undergraduates with their written assignments in various disciplines.

Qualifications:
**Required Education**:
MA or MFA degree preferred

**Preferred Education**:
All or part of education in an American university setting

**Required Experience**:
Have active experience in the writing process from the early stages to completed product

**Preferred Experience**:
Preferably have experience teaching writing

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
**Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
Facilitate and mentor students in their writing pieces
Be familiar with writing needs of students with different backgrounds

**Preferred Certification/Other Qualifications**

Fluency in Italian
