Persone con passione e desiderio di andare oltre i confini e guidare l'innovazione, sbloccando al tempo stesso il proprio potenziale.La persona selezionata farà parte del team di Quality Management System e avrà l'opportunità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico, altamente tecnologico e in forte crescita, a stretto contatto con tutte le funzioni coinvolte nel processo di fabbricazione di microchip su wafer a 300mm (qualità, ingegneria, manutenzione, R&D, planner, divisioni, ecc.).

In una realtà molto complessa e strutturata stiamo cercando una figura proattiva e giovane, con una mentalità orientata al miglioramento continuo, che possa essere formata nel campo del Lean manufacturing con particolare focus alla metodologia 5S su cui potrà avere una buona autonomia nella gestione dei progetti.

La figura ideale ha una laurea triennale o magistrale preferibilmente in ambito tecnico/scientifico o gestionale

**Obiettivi e Responsabilità**:

- Implementare e gestire cantieri 5S con fornitori in diverse aree di processo
- Divulgare la metodologia del 5S all'interno dell'organizzazione
- Creare un project charter e definire lo scopo del progetto
- Condurre e guidare gli incontri con le diverse aree
- Gestire le azioni necessarie per il progetto
- Gestire le scadenze e il gantt del progetto
