**Job description**
**‘Quality Assurance standardization and procedures improvement program’ to enhance process robustness and to reduce risk within the Semiconductor Front-End Manufacturing**
The semiconductor industry is the backbone of modern technology. It is fundamental to ensure the yield, the reliability and safety of semiconductor processes and defectivity improvement.
The project aims to ensure consistent quality and continuous improvement in processes, and to implement the standardized procedures across the organization effectively, in order to mitigate risks and to enhance the overall quality of the manufacturing process.
The primary objective of this project is to collaborate in AG300 Front-End fab organization with process, device and process integration engineers to conduct a comprehensive ‘Quality Assurance standardization and procedures improvement program’ further developing the methodology of continuous improvement and robustness approach.
The goals are to:
Analyze current manufacturing processes and related procedures to identify weaknesses and potential risks.
Develop and execute a comprehensive ‘Quality Assurance standardization and procedures improvement program’ to mitigate and avoid consequences on material.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve and develop quality standardized procedures and documentation.
Deployment of standardized procedures across the organization.
Report on the status of ‘Quality Assurance standardization and procedures improvement program’.
**Profile**
Knowledge of basic principles of business management and work organization
Ability to plan and manage projects
Inclination to work in a team and communicate effectively
Basic knowledge and mindset of quality assurance and system
Ability to analyze, present and communicate results to various stakeholders
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other relevant software tools.
**Skills required**
Bachelor or Master degree in one of Scientific studies: physics, material science, chemical, management engineering
Proficient English
Good Communication Skills
