**‘REWORK, CONTINUATION and RECOVERY PROCESSES’ PROGRAM to enhance process robustness and to reduce risk within the Semiconductor Front-End Manufacturing**
The semiconductor industry is the backbone of modern technology. It is fundamental to ensure the yield, the reliability and safety of semiconductor processes and defectivity improvement.
The project aims to identify, analyze, redesign and continuously improve effective recovery plans for processes, identify areas of process robustness improvement, strategies to mitigate risks and to enhance the overall quality of the manufacturing process.
The primary objective of this project is to collaborate in AG300 Front-End fab organization with process, device and process integration engineers to conduct a comprehensive ‘REWORK, CONTINUATION and RECOVERY PROCESSES’ PROGRAM and further developing the methodology of continuous improvement and robustness approach.
The goals are to:
Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify weaknesses and potential risks.
Develop and execute a comprehensive ‘REWORK, CONTINUATION and RECOVERY PROCESSES’ PROGRAM to mitigate and avoid consequences on material due to process interruption issues.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process robustness enhancements.
Monitor process interruption and related recovering procedures to ensure they deliver the expected robustness in quality
Use statistical process control and other quality management tools to track progress and identify areas for further improvement.
Report on the status of ‘REWORK, CONTINUATION and RECOVERY PROCESSES’ program and related procedures
**Profile**
Scientific studies: physics, material science, chemical, management engineering
Knowledge of basic principles of business management and work organization
Ability to plan and manage projects
Inclination to work in a team and communicate effectively
Basic knowledge and mindset of quality assurance and system
Ability to analyze, present and communicate results to various stakeholders
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other relevant software tools.
