As **SQA Business Process Excellence Manager** you are responsible to lead and improve SQA business processes using technology and strategies to boost performance, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity.

**What You'll Do**:

- Analyze and map processes to identify areas for improvement using flowcharts and process maps.
- Develop new processes and create better processes to support goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance by using metrics to measure and improve processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes.
- Communicate changes and updates with stakeholders.
- Drive process standardization and compliance including risk and mitigation analyzes.
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives, such as Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies.
- Ensure compliance, standardize processes and meet regulations.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Master's Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Physics.
- At least 5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
- Experience in Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, program management and/or supplier development.
- Knowledge of quality systems, APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Good project management and teamwork skills
- Maintain a diplomatic approach.
- Proficiency in Business English
- Available for business travel
