Among the European leaders in Wealth Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a Junior Business Translator to join the Data Science team in its Milan office.

**PROFILE**:
**MAIN REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong passion for the world of Advanced Analytics and the use of innovative technologies and data in business contexts;
- Knowledge of Machine Learning principles and main clustering, classification and regression algorithms;
- Knowledge of the Office package (especially Word, Powerpoint, Excel);
- Interest in how business processes work and aptitude for identifying aspects of potential improvement through development of functional documentation.
- Experience in building business cases and cost/benefit assessments in a project is a preferential requirement;
- Basic knowledge of at least one of the major programming languages for data analysis and analytical model development (e.g., Python, R, Matlab) is a preferential requirement.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or other quantitative fields, ideally with focus on data analysis and interpretation.
- Knowledge of the banking or insurance market will be considered a plus

**SOFT SKILLS**:

- Good communication and team working skills;
- Aptitude for teamwork, flexible and dynamic;
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills, ability to organize own work, time management;
- Entrepreneurial spirit and result orientation;
- Good knowledge of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is appreciated.
