Lo studio Luca Dini Design & Architecture con sede a Firenze è alla ricerca di un Bid manager/Project controller.

La figura ricercata assumerà la responsabilità della gestione delle offerte e delle prequalifiche dei bandi. Dovrà garantire il corretto svolgimento dell'offerta entro il tempo e i parametri finanziari stabiliti. Si occuperà della documentazione técnica e dunque di tutte le attività amministrative, di document control, delle consegne e del tracking delle commesse. Inoltre seguirà e gestirà le procedure al fine dell’ottenimento delle certificazioni della gestione della qualità.

Requisiti:

- Laurea in ingegneria gestionale, ingegneria, architettura o diploma geometra;
- Ottime capacità organizzative, gestione documenti e attenzione ai dettagli;
- Autonomia e attitudine al problem solving;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza pacchetto Office e sistemi informatici;
- Familiarità con le piattaforme gestionali e di document control tipo: SAP, Aconex, Team system.
