Vodafone **Internship Program** is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master’s students, which allows you to spend 6 months of as an active member in one of our teams.
After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management. You will gain independence in performing the tasks assigned, setting priorities and achieving your goals. It may includes also the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation.
The Internship Program may be just the first step of you career in Vodafone. In fact, it will allow you to be part of the selection process for our Discover Program

**Role Purpose**:
We provide end-to-end financial support driving Vodafone Wholesale team to be the leader in the market. This includes supporting business owners in building, operating and innovating our partnerships.
To support this business, you must be passionate about producing financial analysis enabling management to make breakthrough decisions, setting high standards and razor-sharp accuracy.
The role will require significant interactions with business stakeholders in different units (finance, operations and commercial teams) at various level of seniority.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Support Finance Manager in monitoring of performance (P&L and KPIs) and analyse profitability of business development opportunities (Wholesale)
- Review monthly closing reporting and variance analysis
- Support in the budget, forecast and long range plan process
- Ad Hoc analysis

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; team-work oriented
- Fluent in English and Italian

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Business Administration
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office
