We are looking for a hardworking **IT Specialist to join our Service Delivery Team **working closely with our users based in Fiorenzuola d'Arda, Italy. Being part of our team, you will partner with the other IT functions in providing an excellent user experience and support the Emerson IT Strategy, our noble causes and our values.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Take care of our users' technical requests in terms of Software, Hardware and Communication systems, both locally and across region
- Collaborate with the centralized operations, design and service desk team in offering an outstanding customer experience and meet the agreed service levels
- Establish a relationship of trust and reliability with the local business in identifying the best approach in solving IT related challenges which ensure optimum efficiency
- Actively seek out feedback and inputs from the users with the purpose of process improvement
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects and initiatives in partnership with other service and operations teams
- Ensuring that all global standards, procedures and policies in your day-to-day interactions with the users

**You will need**:

- Previous experience within an IT environment, working with communications, hardware and software systems would help you adapt faster in your new role with us
- College and/or University degree in a related field is required, however any equivalent work experience can be considered instead
- Being part of a globally dynamic team but also being able to interact freely with our local culture, a proficient level of Italian and English is mandatory
- Tackle new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy and passion
- Build strong customer relationships and recommend customer-centric solutions
- Actively learning through experimentation when seeking new problems, using both successes and failures as learning fodder
