La risorsa si occuperà della gestione operativa del locale sito in Milano (accoglienza clienti, comande, supporto al cliente) ;
- Coordinerà il personale di sala, supervisionando l'operato del team ( 70 persone)
- Supporterà il titolare nella gestione in toto del locale;
- Gestirà i rapporti con i fornitori;
- Figura fondamentale per accoglienza e fidelizzazione dei clienti;
- Collaborerà con l'ufficio marketing per la gestione di eventi e studio di strategie di marketing per attrarre nuova clientela.

Si richiede:

- Leadership;
- Problem solving;
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team;
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni (inclusi giorni festivi e weekend);
- Passione settore ristorazione;
- Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese.
